1. Nature of the Service

The Energetic Safety Session is an energetic support and subconscious safety space designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, self-reflection, and personal clarity.

These sessions are intended to provide a calm, supportive environment where clients may access their own inner knowing and clarity.

This service is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or healthcare of any kind.

No diagnosis, treatment plan, or guaranteed outcome is provided.

All decisions, interpretations, actions, and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the client.

2. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for your own wellbeing, emotional state, choices, decisions, and actions before, during, and after the session.

  • You understand that this work is supportive and reflective in nature and is not intended as professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

  • You understand that no specific results or outcomes are promised or guaranteed.

  • You are voluntarily participating in the session and take full responsibility for your experience.

You understand that the practitioner is not responsible for decisions you make following the session.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book and participate in sessions.

By booking, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Mental Health & Crisis Disclaimer

These sessions are not appropriate for crisis situations, severe mental health conditions, or emergencies.

If you are experiencing:

  • suicidal thoughts,

  • severe psychological distress,

  • psychosis,

  • a mental health emergency,

  • or require medical or psychiatric support,

please seek assistance from a licensed healthcare professional or emergency service immediately.

By booking a session, you confirm that you understand this service is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

5. Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking in order to reserve your session.

All prices are listed in [currency].

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Due to the energetic and time-based nature of this work, all purchases and bookings are non-refundable.

Clients may reschedule a session up to two (2) times, provided that:

  • the reschedule request is made at least 5 hours before the scheduled session time.

Requests made less than 5 hours before the session may be considered a missed appointment and may not be rescheduled.

If you fail to attend your scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

7. Session Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully throughout the session and communication process.

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate a session at any time if:

  • abusive behavior,

  • harassment,

  • inappropriate conduct,

  • manipulation,

  • threats,

  • or unsafe behavior occurs.

In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

8. Confidentiality

Your personal information and session discussions will be treated with care and respect.

However, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed through electronic communication platforms.

By participating in online sessions, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of internet-based communication.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, language, session descriptions, and materials, is the intellectual property of [Your Name / Business Name].
